What is your return policy?

We want you to love your pieces. If you aren’t perfectly satisfied, you can return your items within 7 days of delivery for store credits.

If you would like to exchange for size/colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Returns will be made strictly via store credit. We do not process cash refunds.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Visit our [Returns Portal] and enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid return label. Note: A small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your refund is issued.
