How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your package through your Coralie account under "Order History."

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans via GrabPay or ShopeePay

Coralie ships worldwide! We offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic: Free standard shipping on orders over RM500

International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

For international orders, taxes and duties may be applied by customs at the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Product & Sizing

How do I know which size to choose?

Our pieces generally run true to size. We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or down for a tailored look.

How should I care for my Coralie garments?

To keep your pieces beautiful for years to come, we recommend following the care label instructions. Many of our delicate fabrics (like crepe de chine and cotton) prefer a cold hand wash or eco-friendly dry cleaning.
